Here are a few tips to help keep your Knowledge Base Library in great shape:
- Occasionally review the folders and dialogues in your library to make sure that the information is still accurate, for example:
- Employee information
- Phone numbers
- Key contacts
- Company benefits
- Important website content
- Products and/or services changes
- Periodically cross-reference the information stored in your knowledge base with the various departments at your organization.
