The CoPilot Console is your organization’s knowledge sharing headquarters, where CoPilots handle everything from responding to inbound inquiries and feedback, to managing knowledge and groups, and more. The CoPilot Console is comprised of two key parts: the Helpdesk and the Knowledge Base.
Sign into the CoPilot Console using a secure link.
- Open your browser and visit the CoPilot Console sign-in page at capacity.com/console
- Enter the email associated with your account, and click Submit.
- Open the email from Capacity and click the secure link to automatically sign into the CoPilot Console.
NOTE: Only your registered email will receive a link. If you need to update your email address on file, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Helpdesk hosts all user communication, including inbound inquiries and user feedback—all in one location. For a full overview of the Helpdesk, check out the Helpdesk Overview Article.
The Knowledge Base is an area in the Console where all organizational knowledge lives. For a full overview of the Knowledge Base and its features, check out the Knowledge Base Overview Article.
With global search, you can quickly search your organization’s Knowledge Base for keywords, inquiries, or responses. Clicking on a search result will direct you to where the information is located in the Knowledge Base.
