Automations Overview

Overview

Automations are a key part of the Capacity Support Automation Platform. They let you take almost any process, and automate the repetitive and monotonous parts, so you can spend time on more important tasks. Automations are comprised of four parts:

1. Application - The product from which the automation is triggered
2. Trigger - The “event” that triggers the automation
3. Conditions - Options to limit the situation in which the automation is triggered
4. Actions - Actions to take when the automation conditions are met
