Downloading Exchanges
Did you know that you have the ability to download the contents of your KB into a pdf, spreadsheet or image?
1. Open the Analytics tab on the left side of your console.
2. Go to KB - Export as CSV.
3. Select the folder whose contents you wish to download.
4. Select the directory whose contents you wish to download.
5. Hit Export in the blue box on the top right of your console.
Your download should appear at the bottom right of your screen. From there you can save wherever you want.
