Make edits and adjustments to your organization management, app settings, and chat interfaces in one place.

Org Management

Add and assign projects to people and teams within your organization and much more.

People

Add additional members to assist in triaging questions, adding knowledge, building workflows, and more.

  1. Click the settings icon in the left menu bar.
  2. Select People under Org Management.
  3. Use the Add button in the upper right-hand corner to create a new user in the console.
  4. Insert their first and last name, email, assign them a role, and hit Save.

Teams

Add teams within the console to help organize your team members.

  1. Click the settings icon in the left menu bar.
  2. Select Teams under Org Management.
  3. Use the Add button in the upper right-hand corner to create a new team in the console.
  4. Insert the team name and hit Save.
To add team members to a team:
  1. Click the settings icon in the left menu bar.
  2. Select Teams under Org Management.
  3. Choose the team that you want to edit.
  4. In the Members section, hit the Add Team Members button.
  5. Select team members from the list to add to a specific team.

Projects

Add projects within the console and assign them to teams.

  1. Click the settings icon in the left menu bar.
  2. Select Projects under Org Management.
  3. Use the Add button in the upper right-hand corner to create a new project.
  4. Insert the project name and an abbreviation for the key.
  5. Hit Save.
To add teams to a project:
  1. Click the settings icon in the left menu bar.
  2. Select Projects under Org Management.
  3. Choose the project that you want to edit.
  4. In the Team Access section, hit the Manage button.
  5. Select the teams that you want to assign this project to.

Org settings

Assign an email address for default reply-to for communications.

  1. Click the settings icon in the left menu bar.
  2. Select Org settings under Org Management.
  3. Insert the email address that you would like to set as the default reply-to address.
  4. Hit Save Changes in the upper right-hand corner.

App Settings

Live Chat

You can now configure how your Capacity LiveChat Agents are displayed when a Level 0 conversation is escalated to Level 1. Basically, LiveChat now enables agents to personalize the experience by using their first name in the chat interface

  1. Click the settings icon in the left menu bar.
  2. Select LiveChat under App Settings.
  3. Choose to use the agent's first name or create a custom display name.
  4. Hit Save Changes.

Chat Interfaces

Concierge

Create and manage up to 100 web concierges that can live on any web page that you'd like.

  1. Click the settings icon in the left menu bar.
  2. Select Concierge under Chat Interfaces.
  3. Hit the Add button in the upper right-hand corner.
  4. Use the Theme tab to choose the chatbot name, logo, color, and location the concierge will sit on the page.
  5. Use the respective tabs to set up your own customized welcome message, CoPilot message, and feedback message that users will receive.
  6. Select Save New Changes when you're happy with your concierge.
  7. Activate the Concierge by clicking on the Off toggle to enable it to On.
  8. Hit Copy Code and then add the HTML code to the website that you want the concierge to show up on.

Authenticated Interface

Create and manage welcome messages and guided conversations for your authenticated interfaces.

  1. Click the settings icon in the left menu bar.
  2. Select Authenticated Interface under Chat Interfaces.
  3. Type out your welcome message in the text box labeled as Welcome Message.
  4. Click Edit to add and adjust Guided Conversations for the CoPilot Message and/or Feedback Message.
  5. Hit Save Changes.
