Having trouble with your Teams Bot? Work through the troubleshooting steps below, or contact our Customer Support Team.
Ensure you are a Capacity user
Ask your Capacity Admin to add you as a Capacity Chat User if the Teams Bot responds to you with an error message.
Check 3rd Party App Access
Check your settings to ensure that users are allowed to access 3rd party apps through Teams. This setting might have been changed if your organization recently did a security or settings update.
Check Your Content Groups
If you don't have access to expected content through the Teams Bot, ask your organization's Capacity Admin to ensure that your content groups are assigned correctly in your Capacity User Profile.
Capacity Admin: Also check the content folder/dialogue to ensure the correct content groups have been given access to the content.
