Teams Notifications

Interested in getting additional notifications from Capacity in Teams? Below you'll find the first step, which is grabbing a webhook from your Teams Channel. From there, you'll Customer Success Manager can show you how to implement.


 

1. Configure a connector to your channel

While hovering over the channel click the three dots. This will open a menu. In the menu click connectors.


2: Locate "Incoming Webhook"

This connector usually shows at the top but it is possible you have to search for it. Once you have located it, click the button on the right side of the application.

3: Provide a name and image

The values in here are important as they will show up when a message is sent to a channel. The name and image will show up as who sent the message.

4: Save the Webhook URL

After you hit the create button the webhook url is generated. Copy and save this url. The url will be used in dev platform to send the message to the right channel.
