Org settings

Assign an email address for default reply-to for communications.  By default, any emails sent from their Capacity instance (For example, the Welcome to Capacity email when new users are added) will populate no-reply@capacity.com in the To field if the recipient tries to respond via email.  


  1. Click the settings icon in the left menu bar.
  2. Select Org settings under Org Management.
  3. Insert the email address that you would like to set as the default reply-to address.
  4. Hit Save Changes in the upper right-hand corner.


The Email Template allows you to customize the email notifications that come from Capacity. In order to set this up, follow the steps below:

  1. Enable the template by toggling the switch on in the upper right
  2. Upload a header logo (PNG is recommended for auto-resizing purposes)
  3. Add a footer HTML (social links, privacy policy, address, etc.)
