Org settings
Assign an email address for default reply-to for communications. By default, any emails sent from their Capacity instance (For example, the Welcome to Capacity email when new users are added) will populate no-reply@capacity.com in the To field if the recipient tries to respond via email.
- Click the settings icon in the left menu bar.
- Select Org settings under Org Management.
- Insert the email address that you would like to set as the default reply-to address.
- Hit Save Changes in the upper right-hand corner.
The Email Template allows you to customize the email notifications that come from Capacity. In order to set this up, follow the steps below:
- Enable the template by toggling the switch on in the upper right
- Upload a header logo (PNG is recommended for auto-resizing purposes)
- Add a footer HTML (social links, privacy policy, address, etc.)
