Downloading Acronyms
Did you know that you have the ability to download all of the acronyms in your KB into a pdf, spreadsheet or image?
1. Open the Analytics tab on the left side of your console.
2. Go to Acronyms.
3. Click Export in the blue box on the top right of your console and choose which file format you'd prefer.
