LiveChat Notifications

Capacity alerts you of a new live chat request in a few different ways:

  • If youโ€™re marked as available to chat and have the live chat page open when a live chat request comes in, the browser tab starts flashing and you'll hear a sound notification.
  • If you're marked as available to chat and are working in the Capacity console but not on the live chat page, in addition to the above you'll receive a notification pop up. 
  • Browser notifications can be enabled by giving webui.capacity.com notification access in your browser. Find your browser below and click on instructions. 
  • Live chat notifications can be configured so that you're alerted of a new chat via email, Teams, or Slack. If you need assistance setting up notifications, contact support@capacity.com or submit your request through our Max Capacity bot.
