Capacity GSE Beta

The Capacity GSE beta product provides the ability for customers to create customized LLM agents with access to their documents and Knowledge Base sources. Users can chat with the agent, which can search the sources and respond, while maintaining previous context from earlier in the conversation.

The Capacity GSE product shares many similarities with the existing “AI Assistant Selector” card and the new “AI Agent” card in Guided conversations. The main features of the product include:

  1. Ability to create Agents with their own prompts and settings
  2. Ability to add Tools to those Agents, i.e. the ability to search the Knowledge Base or Answer Engine
  3. A full screen chat experience
  4. Conversational context
  5. Previous chat history


How to access the beta product

To access the beta product:

  1. Go to gse.capacity.com
  2. Log in with your user name and password, SSO and magic links do not work at this time
  3. Have an admin accept the beta

Users with the role “Organization Agent Viewer” will be redirected to chat experience for the “default” agent for the organization. Users with the role “Organization Admin” will be redirected to the list of agents.

Agent viewers will not be able to access any agents to chat until an Admin user accepts the Beta terms and conditions.


How to chat with an Agent

Users with the Organization Agent Viewer role will automatically be redirected to the Organization's default chat agent. 

To access an agent directly the chat page URL for an Agent follows this pattern.

/agent/{{agent_id}}/chat


Each Organization has a default agent with the default lender search tool available to the agent.

Organization Admins can use their "Agents" list view to access the chat page for each individual agent. Agent viewers will need a copy of each agent's individual URL bookmarked or an accessible link to that agent's page to chat with other agents.

How to create an Agent

Only “Organization Admin” users have permission to create agents. To create an agent go to the Organization’s “agents” link under the “Settings” menu.

Use the “Add Agent” button and submit the form to create the new agent, which should redirect the user to the agents list and show the new agent.

Adding Tools to the agent

It’s important to note that Agents need tools to be effective. Tools must be added from the "tools field" when adding or editing an agent. To make a tool available for selection see the next section “How to create a Tool”.


How to create a Tool

Tools are essential for having the expected Agent chat experience. They give the LLM agent the ability to trigger actions, like searching Answer Engine, or the Capacity Knowledge Base. To create a tool, go to the Organization Tools list page.

Currently Available Tools

There are currently 3 default tools available. More will be added in the future. Current tools include:

  1. Search Traditional Lenders - Search traditional lenders via the existing GSE search
  2. Search Capacity - Vector search Capacity Folders
  3. Search Answer Engine - Vector search Answer Engine

Users familiar with Guided Conversation Search cards will notice these tools are almost identical to the the cards available in GC's. Users can select which sources to allow the Agent to search, the number of results to return, and whether to allow the user chatting with the agent to manually select the sources themselves.
