Options to Run a Workflow
When you run a workflow, the last published version is executed. A workflow can be started in a couple different ways -
Start Manually from Workflow builder
Start Manually from LiveChat console
Start from a Guided Conversation
Start on a schedule
Note: Workflows with starting parameters cannot be started on a schedule.
Start from another workflow
A workflow can be kicked off from another workflow using a sub-workflow step. See Subworkflow section.
