Log Into the Console

First time logging in? You can request a magic link or follow the reset password instructions below to set up your Capacity password for the first time.

Note: You must be an active user in your organization's instance of Capacity to log in to the Console. If you are not yet a user, please reach out to your internal Capacity Admin first.

Log in using email/password

If you've previously set up a password for your account:

  1. Enter your email address at capacity.com/login
  2. Click "Continue" 
  3. Enter your password

Log in using a Magic Link

To get a secure link sent to your inbox:

  1. Visit capacity.com/login
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Click "Continue"
  4. Click "Send Me a Magic Link" in the bottom right of the module
  5. Enter your email address, and click "Submit"
  6. Check your email for the secure link

Reset your password

  1. Visit capacity.com/login
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Click "Continue" 
  4. Click "I forgot my password" in the bottom left of the module
  5. Check your email for password reset instructions




Log in using SSO

If your organization has Single Sign On (SSO) enabled, you can sign into the Capacity Console with SSO! To learn how to sign in using this method, please review our Using Console SSO article here.
