Capacity's Analytics Dashboards are our first client-facing dashboards, created to track internal Capacity usage.

Usage Analytics

See total inquiries, total sessions, all the total active users, an average response time, and overall match rate on a trend line.

  1. Navigate to the Analytics Icon in the left menu bar.
  2. Select Chat Usage under Dashboards on the left-hand side.
  3. Use the Calendar Icon in the upper right-hand side to select the time frame you want to be displayed.
  4. Hit Save as PDF if you want to export.

Feedback Analytics

In an instant, view the percentage of inbounds, total inbounds, total feedback inquiries, positive feedback inquiries, and negative feedback inquiries.

  1. Navigate to the Analytics Icon in the left menu bar.
  2. Select Chat Feedback under Dashboards on the left-hand side.
  3. Use the Calendar Icon in the upper right-hand side to select the time frame you want to be displayed.
  4. Hit Save as PDF if you want to export.

Chat Logs

View and filter anonymous inquiries by date. Receive insight into what your users are asking, Capacity's response to each question, and the users' feedback to the bot's responses. Use this log to enhance your knowledge base by adding frequently asked questions or improving responses to existing questions.

  1. Navigate to the Analytics Icon in the left menu bar.
  2. Select Chat Logs under Dashboards on the left-hand side.
  3. Use the Calendar Icon in the upper right-hand side to select the time frame you want to be displayed.
  4. Hit Save as CSV if you want to export.
