App Center

The Capacity App Center is the home for all your third party integration needs. Find Apps with integrations for the most popular software services, and App Actions for your Automations, Guided Conversations, and Workflows. Use existing Apps or build your own in the Dev Platform.

What are Apps?

Apps are a collection of integrations with third party systems that may include the following:

  1. REST, SOAP, or XML endpoints
  2. Custom Javascript functions or Javascript RPA
  3. Incoming Webhooks
  4. Guided Conversations

Use REST endpoints to send or receive data from the third party. Run custom javascript functions to accomplish anything from getting today's date to complex data transformations. Create incoming webhooks to trigger Automations from external events.

App Center Overview

The App Center has three sections separated by the Featured, All Apps, and Installed tabs. Preview some of our most popular Apps from the Featured tab. Search through all of our existing apps via the All Apps tab. Manage your installed apps from the Installed tab. The tabs will remember your last selection, so you'll always land on the tab you most commonly use.

Use Pagination to view all the available apps. Use the search field on the All Apps and Installed tabs to filter and find the apps you're searching for.

App Install, Uninstall, and Settings

Click on the app you want to install or edit to see.

  1. Details about the app
  2. Settings
  3. Available App Action endpoints
  4. Javascript functions (if available
  5. Incoming Webhooks (if available)

Use the "Install" or "Uninstall" options to install or uninstall the apps. Use the "Save Settings" button to save settings for Installed apps. Settings added in the "App Settings" tab are used for Endpoints when settings like client secrets or API keys are needed.
