Answer Engine in Knowledge Base
Answer Engine provides a vast array of connectors to your owned and licensed data to expand knowledge to all of the content in those sources. When you add Answer Engine to your Capacity, your Knowledge Base expands to show all of these source connectors and the content within them that's available in the index.

Answer Engine Content in the Capacity KB
Browsing Answer Engine sources requires Knowledge Manager or Admin permission to your organization.
When you have Answer Engine, you will now see a new option within Knowledge Management under the Knowledge Base menu. A menu item labeled Answer Engine will now display. Inside of this item, all Answer Engine sources appear in their hierarchy as organized in the Source Filter.
Opening a source allows you to browse the files and folders in the main panel. Note that opening files is not available at this time.
Please make sure that just like any other content, that you go through and assign the appropriate content access permissions via Answer Engine Roles and Attributes.
While you will be able to view Answer Engine content for connected within the Capacity console, you will not be able to edit any of that content or assign permissions. This content is indexed in place, and Answer Engine does not write back to original sources. For any content updates to files linked from your Answer Engine sources, you will need to make the adjustments within the original system of record.
