Email Troubleshooting

There are several possible reasons why you may have trouble receiving emails from Capacity:

  1. Emails from Capacity have gone to the spam/junk folder in your inbox. Check your spam folder or other email filters to rule out this issue.
  2. Emails from Capacity have been blocked by your internet service provider or mobile phone carrier. To change your mobile email filter settings to accept Capacity’s emails, add these Capacity domains to your safe list:
  • @capacity.com
  • @messaging.capacity.com
  1. Your registered email has changed. To update the email address you have on file with Capacity, please send a change request via email to support@capacity.com.
