Conversation Flow
To impact the conversation flow of a Guided Conversation, you can skip to existing cards.
Skip To
The Skip To card allows you to redirect the conversation in the flow. For example, the Skip To card is useful if you want to allow the user to go back in a conversation.
- Select Skip To from the drop-down menu.
- Select the card within the GC where you would like the card to be routed.
