Route Card

The “Route” card in Guided Conversations allows you to continue a concierge conversation by redirecting to a different simple exchange or guided conversation. The “Route” card comes with three options.

  1. Route to Exchange
  2. Route to No Match
  3. Route to Inquiry

Route to Exchange

Route to Exchange allows the user to search for and select a specific exchange to which the conversation should be routed. Once the user reaches that step of the conversation they will be routed to the first step of the selected conversation. Variables can be passed from the current conversation to the new from the “Transfer variables” section.

Important Note:
Variables cannot be used in the input field for this option. Attempting to save with variables or erroneous text in the input will result in an error.

Route to No Match

Route to No Match will direct the user to the No Match conversation for the Concierge which is presenting the current conversation. Variables can be passed from the current conversation to the new from the “Transfer variables'' section.

Route to Inquiry

Route to Inquiry uses Capacity NLP to search for an appropriate conversation match, and then direct the user to that conversation. This option accepts any string and variables, and can result in redirecting to the  “no match” conversation if no appropriate match is found for the inquiry.
