Form Cards in GCs

Form Card Functions

Form Cards are great for collecting information all at once rather than one question at a time. To get started, select Form from Messaging.

Then you can create a Form directly in a Guided Conversation.

Then the Form will show up in the Concierge to collect information all at once.

All Form fields are required.

Form card default values are a standard feature of form collection, which help customers submit their forms faster by pre-selecting the most common answer for the customer while leaving them the option to change their answer. Now you can set the default (initial) value for form card fields.

Form Card Limitations

Currently, Form Cards do not allow for Collect Info Cards to be optional. Additionally, the Collect Info cards within a Form Card cannot be edited to use bold and italics or include line breaks in the cards.
