Creating Hotlinks in Articles
Create a hot link inside an article so that the link opens an exchange or guided conversation. In order to do this, first highlight the text you wish to link.
Then, click the link button in the top navigation of the Article editing tools.
Next, start typing the name of the Guided Conversation or Exchange you want to link to. As you type in the center box, it will populate options. Search for the one you need and select it from there.
In order for the link to work, be sure that the GC or Exchange has access to that concierge and/or user.
