Internal Article Comments

Introduction

Sometimes there is a need for teams to leave feedback on content , make notes, or provide clarity on certain points within an article. Article Comments provide our users the ability to have a dialogue within the team to improve their article content, directly within the article.

Article Comments

At the top of an article, there is a Comments button. This button will expand a comment section, specific to that article, and show a history of the comments left about the article, the author, and the timestamp. The comments section can then be hidden again by clicking the button again.

Comments left in this section are for internal use only. They are not public or published outside of the Capacity console. They are only intended for your internal teams as a way to communicate feedback and action items on an article.
