What is the Workspace?
Workspace refers to the screen in which you log in to the Capacity console or a Capacity private site. You're able to customize this login screen with your logo and brand color.
The workspace URL will only reflect the Sign in options that your organization has set in Console Sign-in settings. For example, if you only offer SSO sign-in, the email/password and magic link options will not appear on this screen. If you don't want users to log in via magic link, you should deselect that option within the sign in settings, and it will no longer appear in the workspace URL.
How do I customize the Workspace?
- Upload a logo above the Log In box
- Update the theme color using a hex code. This color will be reflected in the email address, password boxes, the 'I forgot my password' and 'Send me a magic link' text, and the Log In button.
