What are the AI Settings?

Turn on Capacity AI Tools if you want to enable the use of any of our AI features on the Capacity platform. This toggle also activates specific generative AI features, our Helpdesk AI Toolkit, the Knowledge Base AI Variant Generator, and the Guided Conversation AI Assistant Selector.

Select your AI Model

You can leverage an Internal or External AI model.  Check out this article for more details on how to select which one will work best for you

Turn on Content Generator

You can toggle on the Content Generator for each project within AI Settings.
