Concierge Custom Text Strings
Use the Other tab to customize the text displayed for specific strings in the Concierge. Custom text configuration settings include the following strings:
- Clarifier none of the above
- Clarifier prompt
- Error response
- Feedback Prompt.
To access custom text strings:
- Navigate to Settings
- Navigate to Concierge (under chat interfaces)
- Select your desired concierge
- Navigate to the “Other” tab
- Update the “Feedback Prompt” field to customize your copy
Custom text configurations can also be located with a new “Other” tab located within individual Org Settings pages.
