Concierge Advanced JSON
The Advanced JSON section of Concierge setup should be used with extreme caution.
This section of the Concierge setup is designed for advanced users and those who can comfortably build and work with JSON. Using the tools within this section, users can export the existing Concierge settings as a JSON object and also import a JSON file that would replace the existing Concierge settings.
It is important to know that importing a JSON file will replace any of the settings you have set up in the UI. So, it is important that if you have a need to work within JSON instead of the UI, that you base off of the JSON export to preserve any of the settings that you are not changing within the JSON file.
Why Use This?
There may be some use cases where there is a need to provide custom JSON to support certain features. If you have any questions on if/how you should use this section, feel free to contact your Capacity account manager.
